MyHourlyRate Privacy Policy

MyHourlyRate is designed to keep your business planning data private. You do not need an account to use the app.

Information stored on your device

Your calculation inputs, business settings, notes and saved history remain on your device. MyHourlyRate does not send this information to us. Any backup files are created only when you choose to export them, and you control where those files are stored.

Purchases and subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app reads your subscription status from Apple using StoreKit so it can unlock Premium features. We do not receive your card number, App Store payment details or transaction identifiers.

Support requests

If you contact support, we may receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include so we can respond.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or use personal information for advertising or tracking. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple’s own privacy policy.

Data retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records and meet legal obligations.

Children’s privacy

MyHourlyRate is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
